Golam Mohammad Ali is the Managing Director of Paradise Land Development & Housing Ltd. He is a veteran corporate leader and seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in Bangladesh’s Real Estate & FMCG Sectors. Endowed with dynamic leadership skills, he has held senior management positions in several renowned conglomerates that include PRAN RFL Group, Sanowara Corporation, Modern Bread & Biscuit, Masafi Bread & Biscuit, Prome Agro Foods, Rupayan Group, and Advanced Development Technologies Ltd.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ali has demonstrated exceptional professional excellence, received numerous awards and recognitions for his innovative achievements. He has enriched his expertise through extensive national and international training programs, including Philip Kotler’s Marketing Strategies, Leadership Development, Team Building, and Strategic Sales Management etc. His professional journey includes working closely with prominent Bangladeshi and Multinational Companies.

Besides, Mr. Ali is a media personality & Human Right activist, discharging duties as Editor of Apradh Jagat & Adviser World Human Right Organization. He is also a philanthropist, strongly involved in Lionism in Lions international District 315B3 Bangladesh. Also, an educationist, sponsored a Madrasa, several Mosques & a School in his local area.

Mr. Ali was born in the village of Mohammadpur under the District of Magura, in a respectable Muslim family. His late father rendered services as Union Porishod Chairman consecutively for 35 years under the Government of Bangladesh. He has completed his MBA & MSS Degree in Political Science. Motivated by firsthand exposure to unplanned developments and inadequate customer commitment within the Real Estate Sector, Mr. Ali founded Paradise Land Development & Housing Ltd, with a vision to redefine Real Estate Industry standards by way of proving state of the art luxurious venues

His mission is to serve the residents of Dhaka city by developing well-planned, luxurious township projects on the outskirts of the capital, ensuring strong commitment, timely delivery with world-class amenities.
